Even is you meet hares, roe deers or wild boars, we only hunt game birds. Thousands of mallards in the sky see their squadrons strenghtened from the end of August on when autumn is coming. Red partridges slide down like in Spain, whereas the grey partridge and the pheasant is hunted in beat, from one part to the other, at every height above the line and the English people are mad about it !

From November on, we shoot the revered cocks at the time of spectacular beats. In September and October, thrushes burst out from hedges and bushes high in berries and it is of good manners to greet this bird which keeps a pride of place in the landscape. If pigeons are sometimes flying in great number, their distrust doesn’t allow big bags. Only a few passionate persons, real connoisseurs will manage to lure them with their appellants.
